Contractors quote after seeing the roof, not from a postcode, so where in Carson you are affects who turns up rather than what you are told.
The second problem is dry offshore wind that arrives all at once in autumn. These winds are not constant, which is the problem. A roof gets nine quiet months and then one night at fifty miles an hour, and whatever was marginal goes.
Most asked for around here: roof inspection

Questions
What if the decking is rotten underneath?
Some of it usually is. The important thing is that the price per sheet is agreed in writing before the tear-off, so the conversation on day two is about quantity rather than rate.
Are you a roofing company?
No, and it matters that we say so. We are a referral service, not a contractor. The roofing work, the licence, the insurance and the warranty all sit with the independent company you choose.
Is this really free?
Yes. You pay nothing, now or later. Roofing contractors pay us for the introduction, which is why the service costs you nothing and why we are upfront that it is how we make money.
